Technology Infrastructure Provider
Commitment to Regulatory Compliance & Market Integrity
FindNex operates strictly as a technology infrastructure platform facilitating automated execution through SEBI-registered intermediaries. We prioritize transparency, risk management, and regulatory alignment.
FindNex Enables
- Automated execution of user-authorized strategies
- API-based order placement through SEBI-registered brokers
- Distribution of research signals from SEBI-registered RAs
- Risk management and pre-trade validation layers
FindNex DOES NOT Function As
- A stock broker or depository participant
- A portfolio manager (PMS)
- A custodian of funds or securities
- An unregistered investment advisor
- A discretionary investment manager
All trades are executed only through the user’s own broker account using officially supported broker APIs.
1. Regulatory Positioning & Legal Role
FindNex acts as a Technology Platform Provider for Strategy Automation & Broker API Integration.
We Provide:
- Strategy automation infrastructure
- Order orchestration engine
- API connectivity layer
- Risk control interface
- Audit logging framework
Execution Authority Remains With:
- The End User (Principal)
- The SEBI-Registered Broker
- The Exchange Trading System
2. Automated Research Analyst (RA) Framework
FindNex provides a technological conduit for SEBI-registered Research Analysts (RAs) to distribute signals via automation.
Onboarding Requirements
Before listing on FindNex, every RA must:
- Provide a valid SEBI RA Registration Number
- Submit compliance documentation
- Confirm adherence to SEBI Research Analyst Regulations
- Avoid assured returns or misleading performance claims
Execution Flow
RA Publishes Recommendation → User Authorizes Automation → FindNex Risk Filter → Broker RMS → Exchange
At no stage does FindNex exercise discretionary control, pool funds, or modify recommendations.
3. Broker API-Based Automated Execution
FindNex integrates exclusively with SEBI-registered brokers via their official, exchange-approved Open APIs.
Important Safeguards
- Broker RMS Finality: The broker's Risk Management System (RMS) remains the final validation authority for all orders.
- Margin Checks: All fund availability and margin checks occur strictly at the broker level.
- No Direct Exchange Access: FindNex does not connect directly to the exchange; all traffic routes through the broker.
4. SEBI-Aligned Risk Control Framework
To prevent "freak trades" and ensuring market safety, FindNex enforces a strict pre-trade risk layer.
Pre-Trade Controls
- Maximum order quantity limits (User Defined)
- Maximum order value limits (User Defined)
- Frequency throttling
- Duplicate order prevention
Emergency Controls
- User-level Kill Switch (Panic Button)
- Strategy-level deactivation
- Instant cancellation of pending orders
5. Governance & Data Security
Marketplace Governance
- Only verified SEBI-registered RAs may publish advisory strategies.
- Pure quantitative tools without advice are clearly categorized as tools.
- No guaranteed returns language is permitted.
- FindNex reserves the right to remove non-compliant strategies immediately.
Data Security
We maintain secure architecture including encrypted API credential storage (AES-256). We do not store broker login passwords. Users authenticate directly with their brokers via OAuth/SSO.
6. Clear Separation of Responsibilities
This separation ensures regulatory clarity and defines liability.
